Cardinal Frame & Art has been serving the San Marcos area for more than 20 years.  First opened by Hugh and Vicky Simmons in 1994, we have been delivering quality custom framing ever since.  Jennifer Rosas took over the shop from Hugh & Vicky in early 2018 and continues the tradition of experienced customer service that they began. She likes to think that she maintains the highest standard for custom framing for the simplest of pictures to the rarest of fine art.
